We invest time looking for suppliers that produce quality organic products and/or meet with fair trade and sustainable practices. We look for factories in different countries that have a long term commitment to quality, the wellbeing of their workers and/or the environment.
To pay using PayPal as your payment, simply select the PayPal option either in the product page or the cart page. After clicking, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase securely.
1. You need to be or become an Afterpay member in order to pay via Afterpay
2. Add items to your shopping cart (up to $500 if you are using Afterpay for the first time or $800 if you are a returning Afterpay customer) and proceed through checkout as usual.
3. Select Afterpay at the Payment step of the checkout where you will be securely redirected to Afterpay to finalise the payment.
4. Register or login to your Afterpay account and confirm payment.
5. You will pay Afterpay for your purchase in instalments; whilst we deliver your order without delay.
All orders over AU$100 with an Australian delivery address will receive complimentary shipping via Standard Post. All orders of less than AU$100 will be shipped for a charge of AU$10.00 per parcel.
For orders with a delivery address within Australia you can expect to receive your parcel within 5-10 business days.
Do you ship to other countries?
All international orders will be sent via Standard Post for a charge of AU$45 per parcel.
If you placed your order with a delivery address outside Australia you can expect to receive your parcel within 10-40 business days from dispatch depending on your location. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible and we are working on providing better and faster shipping alternatives.
Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Papaya Lane does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
We process and prepare your order as fast as possible and aim for same day dispatch. If you need to change the delivery address of your order after going through checkout please contact us as soon as possible.
If you are not satisfied with your products at the time you receive them, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us within 14 days for either a replacement or a gift voucher. When this happens, here is our commitment to you:
If for any reason, you change your mind and no longer want the item(s) purchased from papayalane.com (excluding below important note*), please return it to us WITHIN 14 days of receiving it for either an exchange or gift voucher equal to the value paid for the item(s).
*Important: Due to safety and health reasons, underwear and jewellery can't be returned or exchanged.
It is important that any returned item(s) and any packaging, tags and ticketing which the goods came with/in are in original condition. If the item(s) are deemed to have a manufacturing fault a replacement would be issued, only if the product is no longer available a refund may be issued.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges to clearly state that the item(s) were purchased from papayalane.com.
The cost of returning the item(s) by post is at the expense of the customer unless faulty. We require you to provide postage tracking details when item(s) are posted back to us.
Please note that if you are exchanging items purchased online you are responsible for posting the goods back to us. We do recommend that you use registered post as Papaya Lane cannot take responsibility for items not received.

We hope you love your purchase but in the case you need to return or exchange your items please contact us and provide us with order number, details and reason for the return. For the most accurate sizing, we recommend that you reference your body measurements with the Size Chart included in the products’ page.
We’re currently in the process of improving our size guide to provide you with better information about the sizing, however it will take some time for this project to be completed. In the meantime, please refer to the product description in the product page for more details.
