We invest time looking for suppliers that produce quality organic products and/or meet with fair trade and sustainable practices. We look for factories in different countries that have a long term commitment to quality, the wellbeing of their workers and/or the environment.
All orders over AU$100 with an Australian delivery address will receive complimentary shipping via Standard Post. All orders of less than AU$100 will be shipped for a charge of $10 per parcel.
For orders with a delivery address within Australia you can expect to receive your parcel within 5-10 business days from dispatch. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible and we are working on providing better and faster shipping alternatives.
Express post is available for orders with a delivery address within Australia and will be shipped for a charge of AU$15 per parcel.
When choosing express post you can expect to receive your parcel within 2 and 5 business days.
Do you ship to other countries?
All international orders will be sent via Standard Post for a charge of AU$50 per parcel.
If you placed your order with a delivery address outside Australia you can expect to receive your parcel within 10-30 business days from dispatch depending on your location. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible and we are working on providing better and faster shipping alternatives.
Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Papaya Lane does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
We process and prepare your order as fast as possible and aim for same day dispatch. If you need to change the delivery address of your order after going through checkout please contact us as soon as possible.
If your item doesn't fit or you have ordered the wrong colour or style, you will be able to exchange it within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging.

Please note that if you are exchanging items purchased online you are responsible for posting the goods back to us. We do recommend that you use registered post as Papaya Lane cannot take responsibility for items not received.

If for any reason, you change your mind and no longer want a full price item(s) purchased from papayalane.com, please return it to us within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or gift voucher equal to the value paid for the item(s).
Sale* items (excluding items advertised as ‘final’ or ‘warehouse sale’) can be returned for either an exchange or gift voucher valid for 12 months. Full price item(s) are valid for a refund and must be returned to be processed via the payment method used at the time of purchase. It is important that the item(s) and any packaging, tags and ticketing which the goods came with/in are in original condition. If the item(s) are deemed to have a manufacturing fault a refund may be issued. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges to clearly state that the item(s) were purchased from papayalane.com.
For online returns, exchanges and refunds please lodge a Return Claim using our Return Form.
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us within 14 days for replacement, exchange or a full refund.
We don't offer free returns within Australia or to other countries. We hope you love your purchase but in the case you need to return or exchange your items please contact us and provide us with order number, details and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with instructions. You must return it to us within 14 days for replacement, exchange or a full refund.
For the most accurate sizing, we recommend that you reference your body measurements with the Size Chart included in the products’ page.
We’re currently in the process of improving our size guide to provide you with better information about the sizing, however it will take some time for this project to be completed. In the meantime, please refer to the product description in the product page for more details.
